We don't charge anything for the designs. That's right, they're free. We buy directly from manufacturers which allows us to offer you products that are price-matched to other leading online retailers whilst offering so many more benefits at the same time. When our desigers have finished your first design, you'll get a notification via Whatsapp that it's ready for you to view. You can let us know your feedback via your project page and we will make changes accordingly until your looking at an image of your dream bathroom.
Whilst our designers do their best to only produce designs that are feasible in your room it' really important to check with your tradesperson that the dimensions and product sizes are correct. We're happy to work with them on this.
One of the great things about Toolbox is that you're not restricted on which products you can use. We will spec products from our preferred suppliers by default and we can cover most budgets with these well know brands such as; Burlington, Grohe, Crosswater, Nuie, Hudson Reed and Porcelain Superstore plus many more.

We provide you with 3D images of your bathroom so you and your fitter will know exactly what is being agreed before you start work.
A single drop delivery of your entire bathroom suite means you don't have to work out how to carry your dream bath from the roadside where it was delivered to at 6pm on a Thursday. We'll agree the date with your tradesperson so they know exactly what and when to expect it.
We can deliver a full bathroom suite to your property within 5 working days, if needed, but we normally recommend allowing 14 days in advance of your tradesperson starting on site. However, we can also store your items at our warehouse for up to 12-weeks. This means you can buy goods at today's price, safe in the knowledge everything is ready for your tradesperson to start.
We operate just like any online retailer - we bundle all of your fixtures, fittings and tiles together into a basket and take payment via our online payment processor, Stripe.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including AMEX.
We know renovations are expensive so we also let you spread the cost of your fixtures, fittings and tiles into 3, interest-free payments via our partner, Klarna.You should agree a clear payment structure with your bathroom fitter for the labour and materials needed for your renovation.
Absolutely! We're huge advocates of using a tradesperson you know and trust and we make it really easy for you to be able to share your project page with whoever is installing your bathroom. They will be able to see all of the designs and products that you've picked.
Toolbox does not install bathrooms. However, we have a network of trusted tradespeople who do and we're can share your designs with them easily to give them all the information they need to arrange to come and view your property in person. You'll communicate with and pay them directly but they will be able to let us know specific product sizes and chose which day they want the delivery to site.
It's really important that you understand what a quotation from a tradesperson includes. Whilst labour is the most significan cost involved in a renovations you should also make sure it includes all building materials and especially waste removal.
When it comes to products and tiles it can be quite tricky to work out exactly what a tradesperson is supplying if their price is inclusive of these. Make sure you ask which brand and model they are recommeding and check the prices online.

Of course. It's sensible to get a few different quotes for your renovation so we've made it really easy for you to share your project page (which has your desgn, products and layout on it) with as many tradespeople as you like.
We've worked hard to establish great relationships with our preferred suppliers so we can return items free of charge if the product is from one of these companies. If it's from a company outwith our preferred supplier list, then we'll still be happy to help arrange the return but there may be a small restocking fee payable. We will never mark this up.
We know how hard it is to get everything to align on a renovation project and crucially, you don't want to be paying to a tradesperson to be on site with nothing to do. That's why we encourage people to purchase their products and tiles well in advance of their project starting. We store them for you for free until you're ready to have them delivered to site. We store everything in it's original packaging so our suppliers are happy to take returns past their normal window.
